So this is a Little convoluted - I think istiti was one of the Two Ronnies (or maybe Benny Hill) who called WC Fields -Lavatory Meadows, so in the tradition of Cockney Rhyming slang I would call the Toilets the "Meadows" , a Relief to all I think

First time I got kicked out of the pub was due to the bar staff trying to short change me. Tried to argue to the manager about it and due to causing a scene, I got thrown out. They gave me a fiver back at least but I am still sour about that place loosnig a tenner.

Growing up in rural Missouri I've seen my fair share of hole-in-the-wall dives each with their own wise philosophic, permanently sauced customers that pretty much kept them in business. I knew I was in the backwoods when one of the patrons arrived via horseback which he always parked in the back so it could graze on the grass. Another guy would always drive his lawn mower and some would even drive their tractors in. The town cop would make sure everyone got home safely instead of throwing the book at them. Today sadly no ma & pa bars and saloons-too much government red tape and regulations to turn a profit.

Suggestion for loo is WC for England, or PK. Pk is an African term short for pikanin kia. The literal translation is "small house" because they were separate from the main house. So the PK was about 1 meter by 1.5 meters that only contained the cistern and bowl. No chair, shower, basin etc kkk. It was certainly a small house. kkkk. When you went there you had to first of all check for snakes and more than one cobra or mamba was found by a lady while reading a book while she was doing her business. Actually, I think PK is a fabulous word because it has a story that is funny.
